3 Habits for Wellness

Keeping things simple helps us feel they are doable. As we build good habits, familiarity and experience helps us learn more of the detail. 3 simple wellness habits:

  1. Eat right and more importantly, eat clean. Your body cannot function without the proper nutrition for fuel and processed foods only adds to the workload of detoxification. 
  2. Move your body everyday to include attention to challenging, thus building: strength, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular endurance. 
  3. Integrate alternative methods for the sake of prevention : take on a mind-body practice like yoga, work on your spiritual growth, build community, volunteer, meditate, balance work with rest & play, ....and consider including a buddy in all if these endeavors.
